Installing NDunes
- Download NDunes from www.ndunes.com and launch the installer.
- Accept the licensing agreement.
- Launch NDunes.
NDunes uses working directories:
- The user working directory: it stores created or imported assets and scenes.
- The store working directory: it stores all data that have been downloaded from the NDunes asset store.
On first startup, working directories will be set to your user document folder. Typically:
- C:\Users\My_Name\Documents\NDunes\My Working Directory, and
- C:\Users\My_Name\Documents\NDunes\Store.
The working directory can be changed. See Choosing a working directory for details.
On startup, you'll see a startup panel with several options. It can be helpful to follow the various links there to know more on NDunes.
Just a quick tip: NDunes heavily uses drag and drop. To see something: drag it into the main window!
