Blueprints:

Migrating from a v 1.0.2 to v 1.0.3
Cities that have roads with surface markings will exhibit some flickering artifacts on the markings. This can be easily fixed by opening the surface marking material (lane or surface material) and by checking the "Decal" box in the realistic material panel properties. This is detailed here: The realistic material
Note that after modifying the "Decal" material property, the city must be recalculated for changes to take effect.
